大擺三台及び小擺三台は、大本曲上演前の前奏曲です。観衆はこれら前奏曲を聴いて、三弦奏者の実力を見極めます。このため大本曲の三弦奏者にとって、この前奏曲はとても重要な曲牌です。

 “Da Bai San Tai ” 大擺三台 and “Xiao Bai SanTai”小大擺三台 are the preludes of Da Ben Qu. The Preludes are very important to both Da Ben Qu's SanXian三弦 players and their audience, because the audience listens to this tune before the Da Ben Qu performance and judges the skill of the performers.
